Credit Counseling

Before we file your case, you must obtain a certificate of completion of a credit counseling course.  After filing your case, you will need to complete a financial management course.  If you have telephone and Internet access, you can complete these from the comfort of your own home.  Our office uses the non-profit Hummingbird Credit Counseling and Education for these certifications:

Once you obtain your control number, our office will download your certificate from Hummingbird's website.  You do not need to pay anything to Hummingbird, our office pays Hummingbird after you pay us.
